Executive/Manager - Sales - Pharma/Healthcare (1-10 yrs)
We are urgently hiring for a Sales Executive/Manager for a prominent Pharma company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and promoting pharmaceutical products in the Mumbai region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for pharmaceutical products.
Field Sales : Conduct field sales activities, including visiting healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to promote and sell products.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Product Promotion : Effectively communicate the benefits and features of pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers and decision-makers.
Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
Training and Support : Provide product training and support to clients and team members to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Key Skills :
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or hospital industry.
Field Sales: Ability to conduct field sales and engage with clients directly.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and their benefits.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
Customer Service: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and address any concerns or issues.
