Roles and responsibility:
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introduce products or services, and identify sales opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Engage customers to build rapport, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Sales Conversion: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Telemarketing Campaigns: Execute marketing campaigns through phone calls, promoting new products or offers and gathering feedback.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer records, track interactions, and manage follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and market trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, call statistics, and feedback to the team leader or management.
