Executive/Manager - Sales - Pharma (1-10 yrs)

We have an urgent opening for a Sales Executive/Manager at a leading Pharma company in Patna, Bihar. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in field sales or medical equipment sales within the Pharma, Healthcare, or Medical industries. This role requires a dynamic and result-oriented individual who can drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company's market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Pharma, Healthcare, and Medical sectors.

- Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell the company's products, including medical equipment and pharmaceutical products.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the management team.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to optimize product offerings and promotional strategies.

- Stay updated with the latest industry developments and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. A background in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare is a plus.

- 1-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on field sales or medical equipment sales in the Pharma, Healthcare, or Medical industries.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
