Executive/Manager - Sales - Pharma (1-10 yrs)
We have an urgent opening for a Sales Executive/Manager with experience in the pharma/healthcare/medical industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in selling pharma products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct field sales and build strong relationships with clients in the pharma industry.
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in sales within the pharma/healthcare/medical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharma products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned locations.
