Executive/Manager - Sales - Medical Equipment (1-10 yrs)
We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executives/Managers to join our team in the medical equipment sector. The ideal candidates will have 1 to 10 years of experience in medical equipment sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. This role involves promoting medical equipment products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Development : Identify and target potential clients in hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and expand market presence.
- Product Promotion : Present and demonstrate medical equipment products to healthcare professionals. Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Address client needs, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to develop effective sales strategies.
- Sales Target Achievement : Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to meet or exceed goals.
- Reporting : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries to management. Track sales metrics and analyze performance data.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to new clients and existing customers on the usage of medical equipment. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sales issues.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 1 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on medical equipment or related products. Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
- Education : Graduation in any field. A degree in life sciences or medical-related disciplines is a - plus.
