Executive/Manager - Sales - Medical Device (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
- Identify and target potential customers in the medical equipment industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Product Knowledge :
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the medical equipment products.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure repeat business.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities.
- Share best practices and support the development of junior sales staff.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the medical equipment industry.
- Familiarity with the medical equipment market in Mumbai and Lucknow.
