Job Summary :
We have urgent requirement of Sales Manager for Life Insurance company Under Agency Vertical for below mentioned locations of Bihar
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement
Candidate Profile :
Qualification: Any graduation
Minimum 2 years- experience in sales and marketing
The candidate must be local to the same city
Age: 22 to 38 years
CTC: Up to 3.45 LPA
Notice Period - 15 Days / Immediate
