Executive/Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract high-quality advisers to establish a robust advisory base.
- Constantly provide training on products, business procedures, and sales methods.
- Assist advisers with lead creation, prospecting, and company development.
- Ensure that advisers give appropriate financial solutions to customers based on requirements analysis, while complying to relevant business processes and norms.
- Meet monthly business targets for new business development and agency advisor recruiting.
- Ensure that sales generated by the advisor team adhere to all company quality criteria.
- Act as the principal point of contact for clients, authenticating and validating their concerns with relevant authorities.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least one year of sales experience in any business.
- Education level: graduate.
- Age: between 22 and 38 years.
- Excellent communication skills as well as strong sales abilities.
