Job Description :
- We are looking for experienced candidates in sales and marketing with effective communication, Attitude and Aptitude of Sales. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked or understand the dynamics of companies like - Udaan, Amul, Nestle, HUL, ITC etc
Responsibilities :
- Initiating partnerships with new accounts and actively managing existing relationships, being their P.O.C. for Dukaan
- Sustaining and growing the relationships which translate to a growth in seller base and revenue for the city
- Maintaining a strong relationship with business owners (Specifically Key Accounts of the City & Country) and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same
- Conducting promotional events & marketing activations in conjunction with the internal teams
- Managing the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
- Being the face of Dukaan in the market and standing up for the values we believe in.
Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities :
1. 2-6 years of overall experience in sales and Key account manager role
2. Good Communication and negotiation skills
3. High Business acumen
4. Good Written and verbal in English
