Executive/Manager - Sales - Facility Management (4-8 yrs)
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Candidate should be Open to travel.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team&Achieving monthly targets
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:

- Proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ideal candidate should be Bachelor's with minimum 08 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- He should have good communication skills and should be able to manage and lead the team.
- Remuneration:Rs 8, 00000 toRs12, 00000 per annum. And depending on current CTC
