Executive/Manager - Sales - Export (4-5 yrs)
JOB ROLE:
I. Manage Sales
- To identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers/distributors from different countries.
- To make sure that the existing customers/distributors are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
- To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
- To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
- To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
- Develop and or maintain Merchant Exporters for new and existing products or orders.
- Should be able to work in a target oriented work environment and should be able to prioritize work based on the given deadlines.
II. Operations & Planning
- Correspond with Distributors/customers on a timely basis on Orders and Payments. Check order sheets and pre-shipment documents.
- Timely reply to the queries or enquiries of existing customers through email or phone.
- Coordinate with supply chain operations - production, stock positions, logistics and documentation with Customs House Agents (CHA).

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Qualification: Graduate or Diploma with relevant experience - preferably in Exports Management or International Business or Foreign Trade or Bachelor of International Business and Finance (BIBF) or Bachelor of Business Studies (BBF).
Experience: >5 years relevant experience in export sales
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to develop healthy, professional relationships with the clients and vendors demonstrated by exceptional leadership quality.
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Should be proficient in computers to maintain, update and analyse various kinds of reports
- Working knowledge of relevant Foreign language will be an added advantage.
- Be self-driven and bring up or take new initiatives.
