Executive/Manager - Sales - Education (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
Sales Executive Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential K12 educational institutions and decision-makers within the segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the K12 segment.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Sales Manager Responsibilities (in addition to the above) :
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives.
- Set sales targets and provide guidance to the team to achieve them.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the K12 segment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development of sales training programs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the K12 education segment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Leadership skills (for Sales Managers).
- Knowledge of the K12 education industry and market trends.
Preferred: Experience in Career Counselling Segment
