Position Title: Senior Sales Executive - Green Coffee Industry

Industry- Green Coffee Tea Manufacturing Industry

Location - Surat, Mumbai,

Must have 1-7 years of sales experience in Coffee Manufacturing industry or HORECA/ Institutional Sales

Roles &Responsibilities

- Identifying and executing go-to-market routes to drive additional revenue with Premium Cafes and Large Corporate Institutions, and monitoring channel partners.

- Sales and revenue planning, achieving targets by creating and implementing effective strategies. Analyzing market opportunities, trends, and customer demands to shape product offerings and sales strategies

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to acquire technical and customer information and enable effective pitching for new business accounts.

- Leading the channel partner programme with a team of Dealers, Distributors and Value-Added Resellers; ensuring the accomplishment of overall revenue profit targets in the assigned region

- Suggesting new products based on individual requirements and assisting in training the channel partner according to recommended procedure

- Managing all aspects of sales, sales team, revenue attainment and management of channel partnerships Evaluating, identifying and securing large product channel deals

- Allocating budgets to support channel partner programs, identifying and nurturing key solution providers for leveraging channel strategy.

- Updating the management on current and latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities; communicating up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partner

- Organizing and implementing new product launches with distributors, tracking and addressing sales performances.

- Developing relationships with the distribution networks for exploring and developing opportunities and growth prospects for the future.

- Ability to build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction levels

- Framing & and implementing sales strategies aligned with company goals, covering pricing, promotions, and product positioning.

- Preparing sales forecasts and reports to track progress, identify challenges, and facilitate necessary adjustments for top management. Keeping up with competitor activities and market trends, to develop strategies to outperform competitors.

- Evaluating and enhancing sales processes for improved efficiency, including streamlining order processing, customer communication, and lead generation.

- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and making necessary changes to products or services. Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and customer-focused operation.
