Executive/Manager - Sales/Business Development - Transport Services (2-9 yrs)
Job Description :
- Overall responsible to lead the marketing strategy for Transportation operations of the region assigned.
- Ability to convert clients in minimum meetings.
- Responsible for planning business development activities and ensure all targets are met as per plan.
- Strong planning and execution capabilities to cater to market/customer biz. Dynamism.
- Achievement of sales targets for the city.
- New business development.
- Retention of existing business.
- Maintaining existing client relationships.
- Growing business from existing clients.
- Maintain quality of business (yield).
- Maintaining credit days and on time collections.
Skill Required :
Ownership : Takes responsibility or ownership of tasks, decisions, and their outcomes.
Drive : Volunteers to take up tasks and projects even when he/she is not required to.
Building Winning Teams : Can build a team which is autonomous yet cohesive and can act as a mentor and guides for them.
