Executive/Manager - Sales/Business Development - IT (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Analyze industry developments to anticipate client needs and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Identify potential clients in the USA, UK and Europe markets through research, networking, emerging trends, market analysis and competitor activities.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and tailor solutions to match their requirements.
- Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor for their IT needs.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our IT solutions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to the management team.
- Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with key decision-makers in target client organizations.
- Lead negotiations, addressing client concerns, objections, and terms to secure profitable contracts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, and ensure a consistent flow of opportunities in the pipeline.
- Utilize various sales methodologies to engage clients, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field .
- Minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in IT sales, specifically catering to USA, UK and Europe clients.
- In-depth knowledge of IT solutions and services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Strong understanding of the USA, UK and Europe market dynamics, business practices, and cultural nuances.
- Existing network and relationships within the USA, UK and Europe markets is a plus
