Executive/Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
Job Requirements:
- Recruiting agents to comply with the plan is the main responsibility.
- Activating agents each month in accordance with the plan is the second responsibility.
- Make sure the plan is followed in maintaining Active Advisor productivity.
- Comprehend, oversee, and cultivate the agents to make sure they fulfill the Agency Structure's requirements for career advancement from TAs to SAs and AOs.
- Generate income and bring in new clients for the Life and Non-Life Divisions.
- Attend all meetings and training sessions as required by management from time to time.
- Every day, make sure to make two joint calls.
