Executive/Manager - Sales - BFS (2-7 yrs)
- We Are Looking For ( Sales Executive/Manager ) Candidates To Join our team.
The Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Planning and target setting for the agent sales team
- Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets
- Recruitment and management of agency channel team members
- Training, motivating, and developing of team members
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : Minimum 2 Years of sales and marketing/Filed sales
Job Role : on roll

Age : 21 to 38 years
CTC : 3.25 To 3.75 + Incentive + Other benefit
