Executive/Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Purpose : Main purpose of a Casa Sales Manager involves managing the sales of current and savings accounts (CASA) for a financial institution. The key responsibilities of the role include
Roles:
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers, establishing contact, and creating proposals to convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and implement a sales plan for the Casa product, set targets, and ensure achievement of sales goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote the product, maintain customer loyalty, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage a team of Casa Sales Executives, provide coaching and guidance, monitor performance, and ensure that the team achieves their targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.
You required to apply :
- The ideal candidate for the role of Casa Sales Manager should have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with at least 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector. They should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
