Executive/Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
The Sales Executive Manager position has an urgent opening.
Roles :
1.One of the requirements is to reach their aims.
2. Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of daily activity tracking advisors
3. Choosing and training grade advisors
4. Outlining the sales funnel and hitting revenue goals for them.
5. Responsible for generating revenue and achieving business goals.
6. Analyzing the customer's needs and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction result in delighted customers.
7. Team's ability to earn a profit
Candidate's job application :
Qualification : Graduation is required.
- Minimum two years' experience in sales and marketing
- Sales expertise in any capacity and willingness to work in the insurance industry
CTC : 2.75 To 3.15 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
