Sales Manager Job Description :
We are searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Manager for Loan Disbursement
- Handling to join our growing institution. In this position, you will act as a liaison between applicants and our financial institution, helping qualified applicants obtain loans and set up payment plans.
- Your duties will include Talking and meeting with applicants, preparing loan proposals, and examining active loans.
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing different types of loans including Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loans and Loan Against Property.
- To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities :
- Talk and Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications.
- Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
- Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations.
- Monitor and update account records.
- Submit loan applications in a timely manner.
- Prepare detailed loan proposals.
- Explain loan applications deficiencies and Pendency's to applicants.
- Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues.
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a similar field.
- A minimum of 1 years- experience as a Sales Manager in Loans.
- Solid understanding of local, state, and federal loan regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of computers and banking software.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with exceptional sales skills.
DSA Connecting Process :
- Aggressively drive the sales numbers by Mapping maximum DSA while continuing to enhance and upgrade the DSA relationships.
- Retain and expand the company's base of customers for LOAN and INSURANCE channel so as to ensure repeat business or referrals
- Maximize a network of DSA / CA / Builders and by effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business.
- Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
- Optimize team productivity by effectively coordinating with the team of Calling and Sales managers so as to assure achievement of team results and thereby meet the business targets and profitability of the area
- Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
Industry & Governance :
- Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
- Use understanding of the markets/competition/process and products available in the market to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
Desired Experience : Minimum 3+ years in the field.
