Executive/Manager - Medical Sales (5-9 yrs)
Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive specializing in doctor tie-ups for our clinic in Delhi, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with local healthcare professionals, particularly doctors, to drive referrals and expand our clientele base.
Your role will involve a combination of sales, marketing, and relationship management activities tailored to the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to establish connections with doctors in West Delhi, focusing on specialties relevant to nutrition and wellness. (Orthopaedics, Gastroenterologist, General Physicians, Gynaecologist And IVF Centres)
2. Identify and prioritize target doctors and healthcare facilities for partnership opportunities based on their patient demographics and alignment with our clinic's services.
3. Initiate contact with potential partners through cold calling, email outreach, and in-person meetings to present our clinic's offerings and benefits of collaboration.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors through regular communication, networking events, and educational initiatives such as workshops or seminars.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeted at healthcare professionals, highlighting our clinic's expertise and success stories.
6. Track and analyse the effectiveness of doctor outreach efforts, including referral rates and conversion rates, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize results.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and healthcare regulations relevant to our business, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully establishing and nurturing relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, particularly in West Delhi.
4. Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including knowledge of different medical specialties and referral processes.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with diverse audiences.
6. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently to meet targets and deadlines.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance metrics.
