Executive/Manager - Inside Sales - SAAS Products (4-9 yrs)

Executive Inside Sales ( 4+Yrs)
- A graduate/post graduate degree (humanities/STM)
- Identify new sales opportunities by handling both inbound and outbound calls to follow up
- Need to do cold calling and lead generation activities and generate new business opportunities for our product from the publishing domain.
- Should update the sales CRM on a daily basis. Identify three prospects in a given day and bring two opportunities in a week
- Weekly metrics - two qualified opportunities and three meetings in a week. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Job Specification : Executive
1. 3+ years of Inside Sales with US/UK region experience is must (Mandatory) (>80% US UK)
2. Dialing 60 Calls in a day.
2. Experience in selling Software Products/SAAS is must.
3. Reaching out to stakeholders via emails and LinkedIn (check if this is done in the current role)
4. Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Proven track record in achieving sales targets (day to day activities, no. of calls they do, meetings scheduled)
6. Strong understanding of Inside sales roles. understanding of cold calling, familiarity with tools.
7. Experienced in publishing industry/software/IT sales
8. Ability to work as an individual & as a team

1. 8+ years of Inside Sales with US/UK region experience is must (Mandatory) (>80% US UK)

4. Team Handling experience - with min of 3 years how team management
5. Handling a team of 3 - 5-member, Planning, Delegation, Motivation of the team
