Executive/Manager - Inside Sales (1-2 yrs)
Lead Qualification and Customer Segmentation : Since it's an inside sales role, you'll be given inbound high-intent leads. You will be responsible for qualifying the incoming leads and segmenting them into the right funnel based on their business profile.
Consultative Sales and Use-Case Analysis : We have a hands-on consultative sales process, which means your core KRA will involve in understanding how businesses currently operate, their pain points, and how our tech enablement suite can help them.
Take and Achieve Revenue Targets : Achieve revenue and conversion targets and set up benchmarks with uncapped incentives ranging from Rs 10k/month to Rs 2 Lacs/month (on average).
Product Demonstrations : Conduct group demos, curated 1-on-1 product demonstrations, and consultative webinars or physical sessions to help customers understand the product and how it'll add value to their business.
Building Scalable Processes : You'll be involved in setting up and refining sales processes across multiple 0 to 1s, establishing benchmarks for inputs and outputs.
Product Development : Intelligently absorb all the key requirements/pain points of the users regarding what developments the user wants in the product. This will allow us to improve the stickiness of our solutions in the customer's business and communicate the information to the product team for nurturing the product.
Retention and Success : Ensure that customers are actively using our platform on an ongoing basis and build a strategy for proactively taking action to re-engage with customers.
Upselling & Cross-selling : Develop strategies around upselling and cross-selling relevant offerings and solutions to customers based on their persona and their use-cases through a consultative sales approach.
Optimize Key Metrics (Conversion Rates, Average Revenue per customer, Annual Recurring Revenue, etc): Take part in achieving the best and benchmarking key metrics that define the holistic growth of both the organization and the individual.
