Executive/Manager/Freelance - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (1-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Acquisition of New Clients through cold call, giving company presentation.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Lead generation across India and ensure maximum business conversion.
- Empanelment of Corporate and other clients for their recruitment/staffing business.
- Responsible for adding new clients Accounts to the existing vertical.
- Responsible for making proposals & getting the MOUs signed.
- Maintain database of clients.
- Helping internal senior management team to forecast and plan sales targets and in executing them.
Required Skills :
- Should be from recruitment background.
- Good Communication and Presentation.
- Strategic and creative approach to problem solving.
- Sound developed written skills and drafting ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and networking ability.
