Executive/Manager - Customer Success - IT (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Customer Success Executive/Manager actively involves in key activities that guides clients towards implementing their engagement goals effectively with SelfDrvn while driving great experience in every communication and processes touch point between SelfDrvn team and theirs.
- Drive clients through SelfDrvn's product adoption and value realization, and to identify areas of improvement for our platform, organization, and process.
- Working closely with the product management teams to continuously explore new ways to solve issues from client end.
- Working closely with the sales organization to drive new sales, renew contracts, minimize customer churn, and maximize revenue expansion.
- Assist clients in all onboarding and introductory activities to ensure adoption and implementing of SelfDrvn's products are seamless and great experience is demonstrated.
- Propose and run campaigns with customers to nurture adoption and advocacy.
- Manage and oversee support tickets raised to solve clients- issues and problems.
- Attend to clients- request to support redemption and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Research and develop best case reporting to be shared with clients on regular basis.
- Assist in other administrative activities to ensure that clients- goals and objectives are met.
Additional Information :
- Be an expert on best practices in change management.
- Continuously define, drive, and demonstrate the value (ROI) delivered in clients- workplace as well as in SelfDrvn to ensure relevance of business case.
- Assist on ad-hoc basis in other departments, including Sales, Services, Support, Product, and others, to improve the client experience.
- Assist management to drive company-wide definition of ideal customer.
- Develop best case practice for renewal and up-sell strategy and focus on selling with retention focus.
