Executive/Manager - Customer Relationship (0-5 yrs)
As a Customer Relationship Executive, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, providing support, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
