Executive/Manager - Customer Delight - eCommerce (0-3 yrs)
The brief JD for Customer Delight Executive/ Manager is as follows :
- Attend calls from / Call back Customers for booking request
- Create, update and track booking requests & booking information
- Handle booking operations - liaise with individual vendors
- Connect with customers via calls, mails, SMS etc for smooth delivery of booked item
- Provide smart solutions on the fly, and deliver great customer experience
- Take feed backs
We are on the look-out for young and energetic folks who are well versed in English both spoken and written, are passionate about creating a great experience for anyone they talk to, agile and fast-paced, familiar with Excel and, and can handle multiple channels of communication with ease. An year (or more) experience in an e-commerce company is highly desired.
