Executive/Manager - Client Acquisition/Business Development - HR Staffing Firm (1-5 yrs)

We are a leading HR Consulting & Staffing Firm focused on Executive search, recruitment and headhunting for IT/ITES/Software industry. Our clients includes top most software MNCs and IT startups .

- Currently we are looking for dynamic, driven and focused Client Acquisition / Business Development executives and Managers at our Delhi office for developing and handling new clients.

- Candidates with experience in recruitment industry and with previous relevant experience shall only apply.

- The top priority of this role is to acquire new clients/customers ie : Client Acquisition .

Prime Responsibilities : The role will be focused on -

1. Lead Generation and to attract new clients - Client Acquisition.

Research and identify new market opportunities and generate leads. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentation to potential clients. Bring new business to the organization

2. Client Management ( From requirements to proper payments) . Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

3. Responsible in making the revenue generation acquiring new business.

4. Proper coordination with the recruitment team and relationship managers to generate quality results.

5. Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients.

In brief Business Development Executive / Manager has to:

- Research the market, identify the potential leads.

- Contact the clients, introduce Align services and solutions, and generate meetings.

- Attend meetings with the clients, create interest and offer the right solutions that meet the client's needs.

- Develop and confirm partnership with new clients.

Desired Skills :

Candidates with experience in recruitment industry, with previous relevant experience.

- Target-driven, very committed and dedicated

- A good listener with strong convincing and negotiation skills.

- Able to develop strong relationships with clients.

- Very enthusiastic, presentable, self-motivated with a positive attitude.

- Have strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal Skills.

- Eager to learn and grow.

- Knowledge about recruitment process is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills: able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing

- Excellent skills in Excel and Word, and self-reliance in developing and formatting documents .

- Capable of taking initiatives on their own with minimum level of supervision

- Result oriented approach to work

- Strong written, verbal, presentation & persuasion skills required
