Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors
- Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
- To recruit and appoint agents for business
- Advice on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues.
- Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools
- To train and manager the team.
Who Can apply ?
Qualification : Any graduation
- Minimum 2 years- experience in sales and marketing
- The candidate must be local to the same city
Age : 22 to 38 years
CTC : Up to 3.45 LPA
