Executive/Manager - Channel Sales (5-10 yrs)
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics :
- Proven experience as Sales Executive/Manager
- Experience in sales in establishing products in projects and retail/trade segment through channel sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Commercial Acumen
Job Requirements :
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Conduct Dealers/Installers meet and Workshop/Training Program to present products to the Key Accounts
- Should have work experience with specifiers like Consultants, Architect, Interior Designers, Project Management Consultants and Govt. Departments
- Working relationship retailers
- Ability to appoint new channel partner in assigned territory
- Ensure adherence to agreed Commercial Requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Meet new customers and Expand Customer Base.
- Identify new and innovative ways to improve market share
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
