MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB :
1 .Responsible for training in terms of product knowledge, soft skills, call operating and call closing with tele-sales executives
2. Contributed towards effective sales.
3. Driving Bharti AXA business from tele-sales executives
4. Providing instant resolution to customer by immediate follow up with the backend team.
5. Handling each and every query of the customer and providing better experience about the company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
(Duties include, but may not be limited to these) END RESULTS KEY ACTIVITIES
- Target achievement - Provide Training to Tele Sales executives
- Activation of tele Sales executives - Relationship building with Bank Staff
- Profitability - MIS and publishing reports
COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS ABILITIES/ATTRIBUTES
- Strong Knowledge in GI products, similar experience in handling Bank Tele sales team.
- Strong interest in conducting sales training
- On Roll experience only
KEY CUSTOMERS: INTERNAL EXTERNAL
- BAGI OPS & Product - HDFC Bank staff/ Tele sales executives, HDFC Bank customers
WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITHIN BUSINESS UNITS: (only for E1 and above)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: - MBA with 2-3 on roll experience in GI and Tele sales industry.
- Tele sales experience is mandatory
- If Graduate then minimum 5 years of On roll experience in similar role is required
TARGET INDUSTRY/COMPANIES Tele marketing orgaization.
