Executive/Manager - Business Development - Recruitment/IT Software Services (1-4 yrs)
JD for Sales / Business Development.
Business Development executive / Manager.
Responsible for Target driven acquisition and relationship management of clients.
Responsible for Primary and Secondary Revenue Targets of Entire Team.
Business Activity Plan and execution for Recruitment / IT Software services and Business Development Teams.
Will be responsible for managing all aspects of Reportee. Recruitment, Training, Scheduling and visit execution, as well as completion of all reports and meeting performance goals.
Integration of New Products / Services / Revenue Models in existing business.
Competition Tracking and Market Know how
Requirements :
Team Management Skills.
Continuous Market visits.
Relationship management with key clients.
Prepare and discuss business plans in line with assigned targets and timely discussions with seniors on the same.
Should be able to ramp up recruitment business from current revenue of to at least double in next one year.
Should have strong network in tier 1 IT companies.
