Position : Business Development Executive/Manager

Shift Timing : 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)


Location : Noida, Sector 62, C Block.

Facilities : Drop facility and meal facility provided.

Requirements :

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Comfortable with nightshifts

- Should have highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication &interpersonal skills.

- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Must be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.

- Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.

- The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.

- Sound knowledge on using social media tools Prioritize and possesses excellent time managements kills.

- Work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships Exceptional written and oral communication

- Negotiation and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand and communicate company's value proposition, required to differentiate the company

- Knowledge of technology & project sales is a big plus.

Responsibilities :

- Identify partnership opportunities.

- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.

- Think critically when planning to assure project success.

- Maintains a thorough understanding and knowledge of our clients' businesses and verticals with the business.

- Develops strong relationships with our client's hiring managers by understanding their staffing needs, and presenting a solution to the company.

- Sets up discovery calls to analyses client needs and to make staffing recommendations Ensures the delivery of talent and solutions to our clients in partnership with our recruiting teams and account managers.

- Maintains close contact with clients to get their feedback to achieve the desired outcome Works with Recruiting and

- Delivery Leadership to ensure compliance with our clients.

- Maintains accurate and detailed information in our internal CRM's

- Identify potential clients in the target market.

- Bringing new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
