Executive/Manager - Business Development - Recruitment (4-9 yrs)
- Excellent communication & listening skills, BDM / BDE
- successful direct sales experience in Staffing services/Recruitments.
- Will be responsible for Client Acquisition and Lead Generation.
- Well versed with Recruitment life cycle and Staffing.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently, handle staffing business and manage the team.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Decent understanding of technology concepts and its application.
- Should be able to evaluate technical skills reasonably.
- Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective.
