Company: We a young 4 year old company with major activities in Head Hunting assisting a leading International brand, we are also in the process of expanding our business into Training and Business consulting services
Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibility:
- Business Development activities:
- New client acquisition
- Actively involved in PR activities - Strengthening PR with existing and prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities
- Manage and improve the entire Business development cycle
- Client meetings (Face to face)
- Review business and take corrective measures
Other Responsibilities:
- Team Management / Coordination:
- Should manage and guide the team in all aspect of their day to day operations
- Should maintain healthy and professional relationships with the team
- External co-ordination:
- End to end coordination with Key customers
- Data Management & overall Administration:
- Must handle all relevant data with respect to BD activity
- Must track and report all reports pertaining to day to day activities
- Soft Skills:
- The role demands excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills ( Must be conversant with Excel & M.S word )
- Active & Proficient on Professional and social networking sites
- Conversant in handling Job Portals
- Strong Networking abilities.
Measurable Objectives : Volume and value targets - Client acquisitions & Business closures.
