Position: Sr. Business Development Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4 to 6 years.
Job Responsibility
- Achieving sales quota in the given territory
- Business development to creating new demand and managing sales funnel
- Identifying and adding new customers
- Identifying ways to reach more customers to expand potential customer base
- Representing the customer and their requirements within the organisation - be it for new product development or arriving at a solution that would best suit the customer
- Be the relationship manager for the customers
- Effectively coordinate with other internal teams including design, project engineering, commissioning and operations to resolve issues for the customer Solution & Products
- Selling of High End Home Automation solutions for HNI's and property development
- Building management solutions to owners/corporates & Large Commericals.
- Billing of various usage type such as Hotel, Office, Malls & others.
Qualification & Requirements
- A Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in sales with Building & Construction Industry and independent handling of sales & customer relationships
- Self-starter and action oriented
- Curious and quick learner
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to present well to customers
- Intellectual Horse Power
