Executive/Manager - Business Development - Nutriceutical Product (3-7 yrs)
Responsible for Sales of nutriceutical product with targeted market share through doctors- and stockist.
To generate prescriptions from Doctors and Dieticians by implementing strategies raised by the company.
To Conduct CME/CNE's in hospitals to establish the Product and create customer awareness.
Planning & ensuring development Doctors- and Stockist wise, area wise Sales Promotion activities.
Conduction of activity related to new product launching.
Receivable management as per company guideline.
Monthly Sales projection - doctor wise, area wise, product wise, sales channel wise.
Identification of potential business pockets by monitoring the reputed customer's practice schedule & place, availability of potential retailer.
Co-ordinating closely with R&D team and Production team for the commercialization of the new projects from the customers and improving the new product turnaround time, collaborating with the senior management in devising strategies for new product introduction in the product portfolio.
Improving project management by successfully commercializing customer driven project by close co-ordination with the respective departments.
Preparation and Designing of Company Brochures and product visual aids for the organization.
Participation in major exhibition related to nutrition and organizing and managing the booth.
Identifying the prospective corporate clients, NGO and sponsor them for Scientific and Academic Services Compilation and submission of various reports to the Head Office
Building relationship with the selected key accounts and drive top level engagement
To observe Regular Reporting of activities Fortnightly, Monthly as well as Daily Call Reporting to immediate manager and HR.
Qualification & Experience
Pharma / Health Science Graduate
MBA Preferred
3 - 7 years of experience in Business Development
