Executive/Manager - Business Development - Marketing Services Firm (0-4 yrs)
1. "Getting the sale" using various customer sales methods ( presentations, etc).
2. Forecasting sales, developing "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness.
3. Evaluating customer's skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
4. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
5. Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
6. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
7. Maintain and expand client database.
8. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
9. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
10. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
11. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
12. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
13. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
14. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
15. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
16. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
17. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
18. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
19. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
20. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-orientated.
