Job Title : Business Development Manager/Executive

Experience : 1-3 Years

Location : Varanasi

Role & Responsibilities :

As a Business Development role, you :

- Are responsible to drive and lead very closely with Large number of Distributors/Dealers, so must have in depth execution knowledge and understanding of the Distributio/dealer network in Mobile handsets, computer hardware, Information Technology, Or FMCG...ETC, Preferably in Local market and other parts of U.P.

- Will have to generate leads for distributors/dealers and meet with distributors /dealers and, clients face to face or over the phone to Foster and develop relationships to bring them in Berryplus family for long term basis.

- Understand the needs of distributors, dealers and clients/customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these requirements.

- Will have to lead and drive sales team and promotional team to do promotional activities in large commercial and residential compound, so Developing and implementing the residential and commercial sales strategy in line with the business strategy.

- Will have to drive and meet Berryplus's weekly, monthly, and quarterly target.

- Will have to drive and lead sales team over a period of time, so must have ability to handle large team of Direct, in direct, and DSA executive.

- Will have to research and Indentify new business opportunities -including new market, growth areas, trends, partnerships, and new ways to reaching markets and customer in order to develop and improve the business.

- Will have to seek out the appropriate contact in an organization, Society: commercial and residential and Association.

- Must have to have a good understanding of the company's products or services and be able to advise others about them. (Proper training will be provided).

- Must have to carry out sales forecasts and analysis competitions and present your findings to senior management team.

- Will have to do complete coordination with the all the cross functional department to create significant services in the mind of end users.

Qualification and Skills :

- Have more than 3 Years of sales experience in telecommunication, Mobile handsets, PC Computers, IT Hardware, or FMCG.

- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

- Ability to drive the business through business partners.

- Ability to manage multiple sales engagements.

- Graduate and post graduate with degree or diploma in sales and Marketing.

- Passion, zeal, energetic and self motivated for sales and success in any situation and challenges.

- Should be team player and ready to accept higher responsibilities.
