Position: Business Development Executive / Manager

Job Location : Coimbatore

Responsibilities

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

- Good interpersonal/communication skills.

- Experienced and confident in writing propositions/bids, creating presentations and writing external reports.

Requirement :

- A degree in a business related course like Business Administration and Business Management.

- Working experience in administrative positions like sales, marketing etc., will be an added advantage.

- Marketing skills: ability to pitch your company and its products to clients is important for this role.

- Good knowledge of the IT services.

- Should possess good inter personal and analytical skills.

- Proactive approach is MUST.

- Easy Learner and Learning Attitude is MUST.

- Possession of critical thinking skills.

- Salary depends upon the experience.
