Executive/Manager - Business Development - IT (1-3 yrs)
Essential duties and Responsibilities :
- Acquire new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients
- Responsible for generating leads through Calling & Mailing.
- Engage with clients for B2B Inside Sales for our Services.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Handling Initial client interaction / Understanding clients requirement.
Desired candidate Profile :
- 2-4 Yrs Proven experience in an IT Software/Services company
- Should have good convincing skills & pleasant personality.
- Should be active, good teamwork, smart and research-oriented
- Should have excellent communication skills.
