Executive/Manager - Business Development - IT (0-5 yrs)
Job Title : Business Development Executive/Manager
- To develop the business by generating new leads.
- Generate new leads daily and follow up on existing leads by organizing sales visits and cold calling.
- Understand the need of the customer and demonstrate and present the company products favourably and in a structured professional way.
- Negotiate price and term of the agreement and close the sale.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Respond to the incoming queries.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Record sales and order information and update team leader and data base in timely manner.
- Advise on forthcoming product developments and update future buying trends back to seniors.
- Prepare reports related to market and job profile and participate in surveys conducted by company.
- Review your ownsales performance,aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
