Executive/Manager - Business Development/Field Sales (3-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation and Conversion :
Social Media Marketing Leads :
- Call leads generated through social media marketing efforts.
- Convert leads into business by effectively communicating our services.
Industrial Area Visits :
- Conduct door-to-door visits in industrial areas to find new leads.
- Engage with potential clients to create business opportunities.
2. Performance Module :
- Achieve a 60% lead conversion rate.
- Provide a detailed action plan for the remaining 40% of leads that were not converted.
3. Service Knowledge :
- Understand and effectively communicate our key points of services :
- Restoration with Modern Technology : Highlight the use of advanced technology for floor restoration.
- Zero Noise and Zero Dirt : Emphasize the noiseless and dust-free nature of the service.
- Speedy Work : Showcase the efficiency, completing tasks in 15% of the time required by traditional methods.
4. Client Engagement :
- Encourage and convert leads through both online and offline advertisements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Reporting and Action Planning :
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates.
- Develop and implement action plans for leads that could not be closed, identifying potential areas for improvement.

- Achieve a minimum of 60% closure rate on all leads.
