Business Development Executives - Field Sales
Job Role
- Reporting to the Business Development Manager of the respective region / Location
- Identify, develop & manage strategic tie ups with apartment complexes to grow the business.
- Working as per the B2C sales plan, acquire customers by driving BTL (Below The Line) Marketing Activities with the objective of onboarding customer in the system (Mobile Application download & Wallet recharge)
- Confidence, commitment and passion to solve business challenges and deliver consistently.
- Get involved in the community focused launch plan of the company's services.
- Develop visibility and contacts in the community & apartment associations. Work involves everyday visits to Apartment Complexes for a major portion of work hours, promoting digital platform (Internet / Mobile App).
Requirements:
- Bike (or any 2Wheeler) & Valid DL
- Smart phone
- Good communication skills in English (Mandatory).
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Willingness & Ability or Experience in Field Sales.
- Must be comfortable in different working shifts.
- Valid AADHAR No. (ability to generate e-aadhar).
Qualification: Min. 10+2.
Age: Below 30 Yrs. (35 Yrs. for people with good experience)
Experience: Min. 0.5 yrs. in B2C Sales preferably Field Sales
Work Locations : Bangalore (within 10Kms of specific locations)
Shifts: As per business requirement. Candidate needs to be flexible and willing to work on break shifts.
Working Days: 6 Days
Weekly Off: Rotational (as per team workplan, Weekends are working days)
Salary : Upto 21000 / Month in hand based on performance in the interview (+ attractive performance based incentives).
Business Development Manager - Field Sales
Job Role & Responsibility :
- Ensure B2C Business objectives are met.
- Responsible for meeting business objectives for respective region / location
- Leading & managing a Team of Business Development Executives
- Responsible for managing their respective team goal and business target of team members.
- Job involves daily field visits to meet team & customers
- Needs to be flexible to work in any shift (breakshift)
- Co-ordinate with sales leadership to meet business objectives.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2-Wheeler with valid DL
- Resident of Bangalore (within 10 KMs of work location)
- Good experience in field sales, Team & Customer retention & management abilities.
- Energetic, Confident & Positive outlook (Can Do attitude is a mandate)
Qualification: Any Graduates
Age: Below 35 Yrs. (Excellent candidates beyond the range can be considered on special approval)
Experience: Overall 3+ years with Min. 1+ years of experience in handling a Field sales team
Working Days: 6 Days
Weekly Off: Rotational (Not on weekends)
Salary & Benefits: Based on present/Last CTC (Upto CTC 6 LPA + Incentives & Business Expenses)
