Executive/Manager - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (3-5 yrs)
- Designing and implementing various Policies to acquire new Client.
- Mapping client into categories and meeting them in that frequency to build relationship & getting more business.
- Interacting closely with Project Managers, Hr Managers, and Vendor Managers of the firm to get new requirements.
- Build long-term sustainable relationship with all Key accounts.
- Responsible for handling the existing accounts/clients and also acquisition of new clients for the organization.
- Responsible for end to end Sales and Recruitment activities such as Gathering the feasible requirements form existing and new clients, Negotiating on the Commercials, Allocating the requirement to the concerned/relevant Recruitment Manager/consultant, Obtain the selection list form the client after the interview.
- Submitting the prescribed reports and documentation (viz. productivity measurements) in a timely manner to top management.
- Developing & maintaining relationship with Key personnel & top management of corporate to improve the customer satisfaction level and service provided.
- Managing sales and providing prompt service in coordination with subordinates.
- Attending problems & issues faced by corporate clients and resolving the same.
- Assessing the competitor's market strategy for developing a better product and offerings.
