Executive/Manager - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Make leads from a variety of sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Forums etc.) via email, telephone calls
- Identify prospects, researching the leads (prospects) responding to folks who have responded to outbound email campaigns.
- Source new sales Lead/Opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Building relationships with new clients in an attempt to increase the business.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly Targets
- Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential clients
- Ensuring Constant Generation of Mandates from Existing Client
- Coordinating within the Organization with Recruiters, Head Hunters for ensuring smooth delivery
- Responsible for ensuring smooth client coordinators
- Ensuring End to End client management including Invoicing and collections
- Lead generation and client acquisition
- Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams
- Attend exhibitions, seminars and make potential clients for selling companies product and services
- Develop and maintain healthy business pipeline of potential customers
- Negotiations and agreement signups
