Executive/Manager - Business Development (Night Shift) -Indore
Responsibilities :
1. Good verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
2. Candidates with E-commerce knowledge will be preferred.
3. Introduce company services to new prospects / clients through calls, presentations.
4. Be responsible to deliver a high quality, valued based solution to customers.
5. Follow up with clients to develop long term relationships.
6. Manage all customer communication with a high level of etiquette, timeliness & professionalism.
7. Execute business development strategies in targeting new customers.
8. Should have attention to detail, be a good listener and a great team player.
9. Timeshift will be fixed (No rotational shift), i.e US Timeshift, and need to cover all the time zones prevalent in the USA.
10. Managing CRM software knowledge is required.
11. Willingness to learn and deliver as per set standards.
12. A Positive attitude is a must, to envision and expect favorable results.
13. Candidates who have worked previously in the USA shift will be preferred.
