Executive/Manager - Business Development/Corporate Engagement - Recruitment (2-6 yrs)
Job Role
- Identify and qualify leads by cold calling prospective corporate clients with a view to secure a maximum new business meetings.
- Follow up all incoming leads, determining the best way of establishing contact with the client to establish their needs and present an appropriate corporate solution.
- Prepare and present pipeline and KPI reports to Senior Manager Placement on a daily basis
- Discuss specific client needs or contractual arrangements with the Senior Manager Placement before sign off by the client
- Presentation of the program to prospective clients.
- Work in cooperation with placement coordinators to identify the potential clients.
- Maintain a suitable base of Leaders with required skills, knowledge and presentation abilities to be able to deliver
- Meetings in the corporate environment.
- Provide input in regard to pricing aligned with particular market conditions
- Participate in public relations activities and community events in liaison with the PR Team to ensure that contacts are made and to give all of the services as much exposure as possible.
- Managing the corporate relationship and handling the customer queries
- Handling the customer & client queries and ensuring that the issues are resolved
- Document collection from the clients
- Generating leads and regular follow up
- Tie up with potential employers for multiple sectors
- Working closely with the operations team for getting the candidates for the jobs created
- Submission of regular reports and MIS
- Ensuring that the candidates attend the interview and join the jobs
- Coordination with the center staff for the placement of candidates
- Tie up with local employers for placement opportunity
