Executive/Manager - Business Development - Building Material (2-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with key stakeholders in the construction industry,including architects, developers, builders, and contractors.
- Develop a deep understanding of Company & products and services and effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in your assigned territory.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve revenue and profit targets for your assigned territory.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders to showcase Company & products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure maximum profitability for Company.
