Executive/Manager - Business Development - BPO (0-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :-
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Identifying new sales leads
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Qualifications
- Both Graduates and Post Graduates are welcome.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Quality control
- Enthusiasm in meeting targets which are assigned.
- 1-5 years of experience as Recruiter/ BDM.
- Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
- Strong communication and IT fluency
- Candidates with BPO experience can also apply.
